I am a LCMHCA providing evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals ages 16+, with a focus on neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, First Responders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and chronic self-harm / suicidal ideation. I also provide consultation and support services to EMS and healthcare agencies seeking to establish and strengthen positive mental health practices for the wellbeing of their providers.
